468, 467, 471 and 420 of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.4 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police brought to the knowledge of this Court that for the very same petitioner, two criminal original petitions are numbered. One is listed as Item No.3 ie., Crl.OP.No.15029 of 2025 and another one is listed as Crl.OP.No15092 of 2025.
