O R D E R

The petitioner was suspended from service by order dated 10.06.2010 on the file of the 3rd respondent on account of his involvement in a criminal case in C.C.No.61 of 2011. The petitioner was subsequently acquitted by the Criminal Court. The petitioner submitted a representation on 21.11.2014 requesting the respondents to revoke the order of suspension taking into account the judgment passed by the Criminal Court. The representation is stated to be pending on the file of the third respondent.

2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.11.2014 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
