ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered by the respondent Police and which is pending investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the Final Report is ready to be filed before the appropriate jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. In view of this Development, this Court does not want to interfere with the FIR at this stage. It is always open to the petitioners to challenge the Final Report, if so advised.

This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
