ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representation sent by the petitioner dated 05.10.2012, in the light of the proposal dated 19.03.2013 forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent and to register the Co-operative Society in the name of Annai Indira Readymade Garments Manufacturing, Ladies Cottage Industrial Co-operative Society, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approach the authority concerned afresh for appropriate relief. 3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
