O R D E R
The petitioner was a candidate for the post of Conductor. Since he was over aged, his application was not considered. According to the petitioner, he is entitled to age relaxation, in accordance with the orders issued by the Government.

2. The petitioner, therefore, seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his candidature by giving him age relaxation.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 4 and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.
4. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner has given a representation requesting the respondents to grant him age relaxation.
5. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a representation to the third respondent seeking age relaxation. In case any such representation is given, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the third respondent on merits and in the light of the relevant Government orders. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
