Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the list of empanelled candidates published on 10.02.2009 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequence to the letter of intent LOI] issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Ref.No.CBE/DSB/NAMBIYUR/KUNNATHUR/2009 dated 26.05.2009 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash it as illegal, incompetent, ultravires and without jurisdiction and consequentially directing the 2nd respondent to conduct fresh interview for all the 28 candidates and to select the eligible candidates based on the interview and in the manner known to law.
