ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to release the tractor with trailer bearing registration No.TN 21 J 2833, seized by the second respondent on 12.02.2015 and thereby consider the representation dated 13.02.2015.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a direction could be given to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the petitioner to produce all the documents sought for by the second respondent and appear in person before the second respondent along with a copy of this order. On the petitioner furnishing all the documents, the second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
