petitioner to continue in service of Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics of the first respondent College.

This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order of the first respondent vide letter No.50/2014 dated 28.11.2014 sent to the second respondent with reference to the decision to remove the petitioner from the service of the first respondent and to quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in service of Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics of the first respondent College.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
