This Court, by order dated 05.08.2019, allowed the above said revision petition on payment of cost with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.72 of 2007 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The learned Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, Erode District, by way of letter dated 01.09.2020, addressed to the Registry informed that due to lockdown because of pandemic Covid-19 situation, he could not comply with the order of this Court dated 05.08.2019, directing to dispose of O.S.No.72 of 2007. At request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, Erode District, seeking extension of time to dispose of the Suit, this revision petition was listed before this Court for appropriate orders. 3.I have gone through the above said letter and also heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the suit. 01.10.2020 krk 2/3
