2. It is reported that the sole respondent died in the month of September 2023 and steps have not been taken so far.

3. By order of this court dated 16.06.2025, the appellant was directed to take steps for the sole respondent, however, no such steps have been taken till now. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated due to efflux of time. No costs.
