ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondent Police to file a Final Report in Crime No.5 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.5 of 2023, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2023, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4. Recording the same, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
