Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the third respondent to pay the amount of Rs.28,700/- as damages for use and occupation from March 2012 to June 2014 including administrative charges

for the portion of the premises bearing Door No.125, Audiappa Naicken Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai-600 079.

A.No.6405 of 2014:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the fourth respondent to pay the amount of Rs.1,76,800/- as damages for use and occupation from March 2003 to June 2014 including administrative charges for the portion of the premises bearing Door No.125, Audiappa Naicken Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai-600 079.

A.No.6406 of 2014:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to pay the amount to be fixed by this Court as damages for use and occupation of the said premises from July 2014 to till the date of delivery of possession.

These applications are coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

The learned Administrator General and Official Trustee has filed a report dated 18.02.2022, stating that the original tenants had already been vacated.

2. Since the tenants had already vacated the premises, nothing survives for adjudication in these applications. Accordingly, the applications are dismissed as infructuous.
