Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 2 and 3 to consider the petitioners representations viz 17.1.2015 and 23.1.2015 respectively and subsequently to consider the 6th respondent the representation made by the petitioner dt 22.1.2015.

Petitioner who is appearing in person is not present. Reference may be made to the order dated 10.02.2016 on which date the petitioner appearing in person was not present.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the counsel for the respondents that identical prayer was rejected in the earlier writ petition filed during the year 2012. Further, it is seen that the prayer sought for in the writ petition is not to issue trade license to the respondents 4 and 5 for the period from 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016. The said period is already over. Hence, nothing further requires to be considered in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, writ petition is closed, leaving it to open to the petitioner to approach the Corporation of Chennai, if he has got any further grievance in the matter. No Costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
