O R D E R

Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 07.09.2021, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner received the Admit Card from the 1st respondent and she was also permitted to write the NEET examination yesterday in English at Vellore Center.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the verification report will be given by the Collector/ District Magistrate and the same will be submitted before the 1st respondent.

The learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that based on the verification report submitted by the petitioner, the claim made by the petitioner will be considered by the 1st respondent.

In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition except directing the petitioner to immediately furnish the verification report to the 1st respondent to enable the 1st respondent to take a decision on the claim made by the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
