ORDER

The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay her subsistence allowance with arrears. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order dated 14.3.2015, sanctioning 75% of subsistence allowance to the petitioner.

3. In view of the order dated 14.3.2015, nothing survives for adjudication at this point of time. It is open to the petitioner to make a claim for other reliefs, including interest, at the appropriate time.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
