Respondents Prayer: Original Application No.634 of 2003 filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, on abolition, transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as Writ Petition No.12645 of 2007, seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.161167/2002 Patho.1 dated 20.11.2002, to quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to accord appropriate placement to the petitioners on the basis of seniority already assigned vide proceedings made in Rc.No.61422/95/EM1 dated 08.08.1995 and accord other benefits.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.161167/2002 Patho.1 dated 20.11.2002 and to quash the same and further, sought for a direction to the respondents to accord appropriate placement to them on the basis of seniority already assigned vide proceedings made in Rc.No.61422/95/EM1 dated 08.08.1995 and accord other benefits. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been promoted subsequently.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
