Heard Mr. S.Rajesh, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.Arunkumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner, who claims to be the President of Nallapattu MFP Unit, has filed this Writ Petition seeking protection for continuing his work in the forest range, for which he had made a representation dated 22.02.2022 in that regard.

The Third Respondent has filed a memo dated 12.10.2022 in which it has been stated that after conducting an enquiry on 11.03.2022, the Petitioner has withdrawn the said representation and its copy has been produced. In view of such action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any other grievance, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. 2/4

No costs.
