This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.6(b) to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.

12563 of 2024 on 10.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every alternative days at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m. for another three months.
