Dr.Father Zavier Arulraj, learned senior counsel representing for Mr.K.S.Sri Giri Prasath, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that promotion has been given to the petitioner by releasing a sum of Rs.31,90,946/- on 18.08.2021 and he was promoted as Junior Attender on 25.03.2021 by order dated 05.08.2021 with effect from 01.01.2013. Similarly, second promotion to the post of Senior Store Man has also been given with effect from 01.01.2019 releasing a sum of Rs.1,14,408/- towards interim amount and the balance amount will be settled to him forthwith. Therefore, this petition may be closed, since the order passed by this Court dated 13.02.2019 has been complied with. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned senior counsel to the effect that the above order has been complied with, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
