ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2005/2014 Thu.Va.Tha.1 dated 14.2.2015 and quash the same. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Mps are closed. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file a fresh writ petition with correct facts and averments in the affidavit. 5.

Since Mr.L.P. Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Government Advocate is disputing the maintainability of the writ petition itself, the petitioner is given liberty to file a proper petition before the appropriate forum with correct facts and averments.
