ORDER

These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to regularize the services of the Petitioners as junior mazdoor with effect from 1.12.1994 and fix the salary of the Petitioners into time scale of pay of Rs.2550-55=2660-60-3200 in the cadre of senior factory assistant.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Though the prayers in these Writ Petitions are for larger reliefs, the learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the Respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the Petitioners dated 22.04.2014, expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, the Respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 22.04.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, these Writ Petition are disposed of. No costs.
