(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'Crl.MP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] has been filed with a prayer to implead respondents namely, the Chair Person, Child Welfare Committee, Chennai Central Team, Kellys, Chennai-600 010 and the Director, Director of Government Examination, DPI Campus, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600 006 as proposed respondents 7 and 8.

2. Mr.K.Arvind, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is before us.

3. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he gives up respondent No.8, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is recorded. As far as the seventh respondent is concerned, as main HCP has been disposed of, it is not necessary to implead seventh respondent.
