ORDER
The matter has been referred back to the Court by the learned Master. 2.Mr.K.V.Ananthakrishnan, the learned Official Assignee submits that on behalf of the Official Assignee, evidence has already been recorded before the learned Master. It is an application to set aside the same filed within a period of two years. 3.The objection taken by the learned Master was that the original sale deed of the second respondent was not produced at the time of marking documents and it is only a Photostat copy which was certified to be exhibited. Therefore, recording the objection of the learned counsel for the Official Assignee, the matter has been referred back to this Court.
4.The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that either the original sale
deed would be marked or a certified copy of the same would be marked. In the event of marking the certified copy, the learned counsel also undertakes to produce the original sale deed for the purposes of verification by the learned Master who shall verify the original and return the same to the learned counsel for the second respondent. 5.Post the matter before the learned Master on 09.01.2025. 16-12-2024 ata To
