This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 07.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.138 of 2022, thereby directing the respondents to conduct enquiry on

the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2021 after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in respect of issuance of patta, within a period of six weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed orders on 28.04.2022 itself. She also produced a copy of the order dated 28.04.2022 before this Court.
