This sub-application has been filed to accept the causetitle in Cont.P.Dr.No.64730 of 2022.

The proposed / second respondent need not be made as a party, since in the writ petition only the first respondent was a party to the proceedings.
Thus, the contempt petition may be numbered only with the first respondent alone.

During the course of hearing, if the petitioner makes out a case then the proposed / second respondent can be impleaded at a later stage.

In view of above, this petition is dismissed for the present.
