This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant to the Petitioner revised time scale plus allowances with effect from 28.05.1993 and consequently, pay all the arrears due and payable to the petitioner upon such pay re-fixation, by considering the representations made by the petitioner on 22.04.2024 and 09.05.2024.
2.Heard Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3.It is seen from records that the grievance that was expressed by the petitioner was considered by this Court in two earlier writ petitions. W.P.Nos.1783 and 7760 of 2022 was disposed of by an order dated 03.01.2024. Similarly W.P.Nos.19942 and 19299 of 2021 was disposed of by an order dated 14.02.2024. Those orders will squarely apply to the case in hand.
4.In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 09.05.2024 and pass necessary orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in line with the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.1783 and 7760 of 2022, dated 03.01.2024 and W.P.Nos.19942 and 19929 of 2021, dated 14.12.2024. No Costs.
