2.Though notice has been served on the respondents there is no appearance either in person or through pleader.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered. However, the claimant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1578 days.
