ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the order of the fourth respondent dated 18.11.2017 the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6 would submit that the quarrying has been completed with the available material and therefore, there is no possibility to have any further operation.

4.Recording the abovesaid statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
