2. The petitioner is an office bearer of a political party. They have put up a construction on the highway land. Demolition action is proposed to be taken. At this stage, the petitioner is before this Court. As it is not the case of the petitioner that they have any legal right as such, we are not Page No.: 2 of 4

inclined to interfere.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
