PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent herein passed in his Proc.No.17154/RA1/2019 (E.O.No.232/2019) dated 22.05.2019 rejecting the petitioner's request for temporary relinquishment of promotion as Personal Assistant for the panel year 2018-2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to accept the petitioner's temporary relinquishment in accordance with Section 57 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.
