for their wilful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 04.11.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31043 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Respondents/Contemnor appeared before this Court and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings dated 12.10.2022 and the copy of the same is placed before this Court.
