This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for 'Provisional selection list of candidates' published on 14.05.2019 by the 1st respondent pursuant to TRB notification No.2 of 2018, quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to appoint to the post of Assistant Professor against the vacancy for GT/GT(W)/BC/BC(W) Criminal Law department or Crime and Torts department contemplated in paragraph No.2 of the said notification.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also 2/4

made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
