ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, directing the first respondent to implement the recommendations made by the Loksabha Committee dated 12.12.1974 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and report of the Rajya Sabha Committee dated 24.02.1975 by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.03.2006 thereby regularising the practice of the members of the petitioner.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.

3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
