JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 18.10.2012 passed by the first respondent, Presiding Officer, III Additional Labour Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents are present and heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is reported that a settlement was arrived between the management and the second respondent. A copy of memorandum of settlement duly signed by both the parties under Section 2(P), dated 21.12.2023 has been filed before this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and taking on record the 2/4

terms of settlement, this writ petition is disposed of as per the terms of the settlement. The copy of the settlement is taken on record. Connected WMPs are closed. Costs made easy.
