[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned order dated 01.11.2023 and impugned patta transfer order dated 24.11.2023' [hereinafter 'impugned orders' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr. A. Prakash, learned counsel for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that despite earnest efforts, the petitioners' were not able to file the original impugned orders. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to 1/3

relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.18756 of 2025, which reads as follows:

'26. I state that with earnest efforts, I could not produce original impugned proceedings dated 01.11.2023 issued by the 2 nd respondent and impugned patta transfer order dated 24.11.2023. In these circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the production of original impugned rejection order issued in the impugned order pertains to Na.Ka.No.2083-2023-A5 dated 01.11.2023 issued by the 2 nd respondent and impugned patta transfer order made in T.R.2023/01/ 12/000581SD dated 24.11.2023 insofar as the survey No.104/1A1A1 is concerned issued by the rd respondent and thus render justice.'

5. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
