O R D E R

The relief sought for in the writ petition is for promotion to the post of Typist notionally, with effect from the date of 13.12.2010 with all service and monetary benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended though a larger relief is prayed for in this writ petition, it is suffice a direction is given to the respondent to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.09.2012 and 10.09.2014.

3. Without going into the merits and demerits raised in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.09.2012 and 10.09.2014 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to submit the copy of the representations along with the order passed by this Court in this writ petition.
