ORDER

This clarification petition is filed on the ground that even though this Court has directed the first respondent to consider the proposal dated 03.07.2023, the proposal is not related to the petitioner Sharmila and it may relate to some other employees. However, when the matter came up for hearing, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation produced the said proposal, from which, it is clear that it is with respect to the petitioner also. In view thereof, no further clarification is necessary. This miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. 20.12.2024 mmi 2/4
