ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by V.Dhanapalan,J) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 24.06.2013 for issuing the Community Certificate to her minor daughter, namely S.Kalaivani and her minor son, namely S.Dharanidharan within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. As to the consideration of the application of the writ petitioner, the matter stood for verification as to whether the same is pending and accordingly, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the original records as to the application received by the respondents, submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application of the petitioner has not been signed and therefore, the respondents have taken a decision to return the same on 02.07.2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on noticing the said position, requested for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to move the concerned authority and made an endorsement on the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty to the writ petitioner to move the concerned authority. No costs.
