W.M.P.No.18136 of 2024 in W.P.No.12846 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed by one Mariya Vincent, who is a third party to the writ proceedings seeking to implead him in the writ petition in W.P.No.12846 of 2024 as a party respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner/proposed respondent was a party to the patta cancellation proceedings impugned in the writ petition, but, he was not added as a respondent in the writ petition though there were allegations made against him.

4. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the view that the petitioner is a necessary party to the writ petition. Hence, the petitioner has to be impleaded as party respondent in the writ petition. This petition is ordered accordingly.
