The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed seeking to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.365/2020 pending before the Family Court, Madurai to the Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with HMOP.Sr.No.2621/2020 (HMOP.No.2088/2020).

When the matter was taken up today, Mr.S.Gunaseelan, learned Counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent-husband has no objection for allowing the present Transfer CMP so that both the HMOP.No.365/2020 and HMOP.No.2088/2020 can be tried together by the concerned Family Court, Chennai. 3.

Recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the respondent, the Transfer CMP. is allowed. Consequently, the HMOP.No.365/2020 pending before the Family Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with HMOP.Sr.No.2621/2020 (HMOP.No.2088/2020) with a direction to the concerned Family Court, Chennai to take up both the matters together and give a disposal on merits. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
