This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Asthampatti Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.12036 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
