This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent in M.A.No.79 of 2011 in A.P.Nos.21 to 43 of 2003 and quash its order dated 29.08.2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order does not survive for further consideration, in view of the disposal of the main approval petition itself by the Labour Court. Therefore, he requested this Court to dismissed this writ petition as having become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
