This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP.No.25846/2022 dated 15.11.2022 that the petitioner should report before the Trial court on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and on the date of hearings without default, until further orders.
