Crl.M.P.No.8009 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.330 of 2016 R.SUBBIAH, J The present petition has been filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.M.P.No.5046 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.330 of 2016 dated 28.4.2016.

2. This Court, by an order dated 28.4.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.5046 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.330 of 2016, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall appear before the learned XIII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioners have come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.B.Mohan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition without any default.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, the said condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned XIII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai, once in three months, on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
