2. Suit has been filed for recovery of money.

3. Even though the third defendant is a resident of Thiruvallur, he along with defendants 2 and 4 were actively canvassing and receiving money from the persons, in the city of Chennai.

4. Considering the fact that the entire cause of action has arisen, within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is of the considered view to grant leave to sue the third defendant before this Court.
