Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, to call for the petitioner (Roll No.13TE52207549) for certificate verification for the test held on 18.08.2013 and consequently issue-Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate to the petitioner. It is seen that on 02.11.2017, when the matter was taken up for disposal on 02.11.2017, Mr.R.Govindasamy, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents undertakes that he will produce the TET Certificate before this Court.

learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that he has issued the Teachers Eligibility Test Certificate to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said factum.
