ORDER

Heard learned counsel for revision petitioners. 2.

The revision petitioners instituted O.S.No. 386 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Perambalur seeking partition and other reliefs. They also filed I.A.No. 4 of 2024 to restrain the defendants from alienating or encumbering or charging the suit properties till the disposal of the suit.

The grievance of the petitioners is that some emergent disposal is required and that it has been adjourned unnecessarily. Hence this Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 4.

To grant the relief in the civil revision petition, notice need not issued to respondents 2 to 6. The Sub Court, Perambalur is directed to dispose of I.A. No. 4 of 2024 in O.S No. 386 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 11.07.2025. 2/4

With the aforesaid direction, this civil revision petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
