This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for modification of the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5790 of 2021 dated 13.09.2021 on the file of the Judicial MagistrateII, Chengalpattu.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner had not reported to the respondent police even a single day and complied with the condition, the prayer sought for cannot be granted.
