This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Mr.B.Siva Kolappan, learned counsel takes notice for 2nd respondent and submitted that the 2nd respondent is not having any objection for condoning the delay.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and also directed to print the name of Mr.B.Siva Kolappan, learned counsel for 2nd respondent.
