C.M.P.Nos.11734, 11736 and 11741 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.2450 of 2019 J.NISHA BANU, J.

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 975 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased petitioner A.S.Periyasamy and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4. Post the Civil Revision Petition on 22.08.2022.
